Effective and last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Calcurly.com to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; harass or deceive; distribute malware; facilitate violence or dangerous wrongdoing; or submit content that is unlawful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful.

2. Service and security

  • Do not probe, scan, attack, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
  • Do not overload the service, evade rate limits, automate abusive traffic, or coordinate fraudulent clicks, impressions, leads, accounts, or conversions.
  • Do not access another person’s account or data without permission.
  • Do not reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Do not introduce code, files, prompts, or links designed to compromise systems or extract protected information.

3. AI Finder

Do not submit personal, confidential, export-controlled, or highly sensitive information. Do not use output to impersonate a professional, conceal that advice was automated, or make prohibited high-impact decisions about another person. Prompt injection, attempts to reveal system instructions, or deliberate circumvention of safeguards are prohibited.

4. Data and content

Ordinary search-engine indexing and individual sharing are allowed. Bulk scraping, republishing substantial calculator collections, training a competing model or dataset from the service, removing attribution, or reselling outputs at scale requires written permission. Do not represent a result as certified, guaranteed, or authored by Calcurly.com beyond what the page states.

5. Embeds

Use only official embed code. Do not obscure disclosures, inject overlays, alter results, intercept user interactions, misstate ownership, collect information deceptively, or place an embed on unlawful or harmful content. Your site must provide appropriate privacy notices and consent controls for technologies it adds.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate, rate-limit, remove content, disable embeds, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary. We aim to act proportionately but may act immediately to address security, legal, or safety risks. Contact us through the Contact page if you believe enforcement was mistaken.
